سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق «ميدان»
مين إحنا
«ميدان» برنامج لإدارة فرق العمل الميدانية (المنسقين والمروّجين ومناديب البيع ومشرفيهم)، بتقدّمه Octopus Networks للشركات. الشركة اللي بتشغّلك هي صاحبة البيانات والمسؤولة عنها، وإحنا بنشغّل البرنامج ونحفظ البيانات نيابةً عنها وبتعليماتها بس.
البيانات اللي البرنامج بيجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: اسمك، وكود الموظف، ودورك وفريقك، زي ما الشركة سجّلتهم. الدخول برقم سري، والرقم السري نفسه مش بيتحفظ غير مشفّر بطريقة ماتترجعش.
- الموقع: بيتاخد بس في 3 لحظات: تسجيل الحضور، وإرسال التقرير، وتسجيل الانصراف، عشان نتأكد إنك في الفرع. البرنامج مابيتتبعش مكانك طول اليوم، ولا في الخلفية، ولا وانت بتتصفح الشاشات. المشرف كمان موقعه بيتقرا أول وآخر زيارته للفرع، وبيتحفظ منه المسافة عن الفرع بس من غير الإحداثيات. ولو شركتك مشغّلة البيع الميداني، الموقع بيتاخد كمان عند كل محل بتزوره بس: لما توصل، ولما تسجّل الطلبية أو البيع.
- الصور: صورة الحضور (ليك في الفرع أو لمكان الشغل، على حسب اختيارك)، وصور قبل وبعد الرص، وصور المنافسين، ودول بيتصوروا من الكاميرا المباشرة بس ومن غير المعرض. وصور المنتجات نفسها ممكن تتصور أو تتختار من المعرض.
- بيانات الشغل: الزيارات والشِفتات، وتوفّر المنتجات وأسعارها ومكان عرضها، والمخزون، والمبيعات بالقطعة وقيمتها محسوبة من أسعار الشركة (من غير تحصيل فلوس)، والنواقص، وأوقات البريك والإذن (الوقت بس، من غير موقع)، ودقايق التأخير عن ميعاد الحضور لو شركتك بتحسبها، وطلبات الإجازة، والمخالفات والاعتراض عليها، وملاحظاتك، وبلاغات «في مشكلة؟» (ممكن تبقى فيها صورة شاشة أو رسالة صوتية لحد دقيقة لو انت ضفتها). ولو شركتك مشغّلة البيع الميداني: المحلات اللي بتزورها (اسم المحل وعنوانه وتليفونه ومكانه، زي ما الشركة أو انت سجّلتوه)، والطلبيات.
- بيانات الجهاز: رقم عشوائي بيعمله البرنامج لكل موبايل (بحد أقصى جهازين للحساب)، واشتراك الإشعارات لو وافقت عليها، وأوقات الدخول والنشاط في البرنامج، وساعة الموبايل وقت كل تسجيل عشان تتقارن بساعة السيرفر.
بنستخدمها في إيه
في إثبات الحضور والانصراف، ومتابعة الزيارات والنواقص والمبيعات، والتقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لإدارة الشركة، وتنبيهات المراجعة (زي مسافة مستحيلة بين فرعين). التنبيهات دي للمراجعة بس، ومش اتهام. مابنبيعش البيانات، ومفيش إعلانات، ومابنستخدمهاش في أي حاجة تانية.
مين بيشوفها
- انت: شغلك وتقاريرك وأرقامك.
- مشرفك المباشر: شغل فريقه بس.
- الإدارة العليا في شركتك: شغل الشركة كلها.
- Octopus Networks: للتشغيل والدعم الفني والنسخ الاحتياطي بس، ومش بنشوف تقارير أو صور إلا لو الشركة طلبت دعم فني.
كل شركة ليها قاعدة بيانات منفصلة تمامًا، ومفيش شركة بتشوف بيانات شركة تانية.
بتتحفظ فين وقد إيه
- على سيرفرات في ألمانيا (نورنبرج)، والاتصال دايمًا مشفّر (HTTPS).
- نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة كل يوم، ونسخة منها على Google Drive، ومحفوظة 30 يوم.
- الإحداثيات الدقيقة للموقع بتتمسح بعد 90 يوم، ويفضل بس إذا كنت جوه الفرع ولا لأ والمسافة.
- صور الشغل بتتمسح بعد 90 يوم. صور المنتجات بتفضل، لأنها جزء من بيانات المنتج نفسه.
- الشغل اللي بيتعمل من غير نت بيتحفظ مؤقتًا على الموبايل، ويتمسح منه أول ما يترفع.
الإشعارات والتطبيق
تطبيق «ميدان» على أندرويد بيفتح البرنامج جوه متصفح Google Chrome. الإشعارات بتوصل عن طريق خدمة الإشعارات بتاعة الموبايل (زي خدمة جوجل)، ومحتواها مشفّر. تقدر تقفل الإشعارات من إعدادات الموبايل في أي وقت.
حقوقك
ليك تعرف البيانات المحفوظة عنك وتطلب تصحيحها أو مسحها، حسب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (رقم 151 لسنة 2020). اطلب ده من إدارة شركتك، أو ابعتلنا على [email protected] وهنوصّل طلبك للشركة. بعض السجلات ممكن الشركة تحتاج تحتفظ بيها بحكم القانون أو العقد.

Privacy Policy — Maydan (English summary)
Effective 5 October 2026. Octopus Networks. Maydan is a field-team management app that Octopus Networks provides to companies. The employing company is the controller of its staff's data; we operate the service and store the data on its behalf and on its instructions only.
- Account data set up by the company: name, employee code, role and team. Sign-in uses a PIN, stored only as a one-way hash.
- Location is taken only at check-in, report submission and check-out, to verify presence at the branch. It is never collected continuously, in the background, or while browsing. A supervisor's location is read at the start and end of a branch visit, and only the distance from the branch is kept, not the coordinates. Where the company uses field sales, it is also taken at each shop visited, and only there: on arrival and when an order or sale is recorded.
- Photos: attendance, before-and-after and competitor photos are taken with the live camera only, never from the gallery. A face appears in an attendance photo only if the employee chooses a selfie over a work-area photo. Product pictures may be taken or chosen from the gallery.
- Work data: visits, shifts, product availability, prices, display, stock, unit sales and their value counted from the company's prices (no money is handled), shortages, break and permission times (the time only, no location), minutes late at check-in where the company measures them, leave requests, violations and objections to them, notes, and optional problem reports with a screenshot or a voice note of up to one minute. Where the company uses field sales: the shops visited (name, address, phone and location, as the company or the representative recorded them) and their orders.
- Device data: a random app-generated device identifier (at most two devices per account), the push subscription if notifications are allowed, sign-in and activity times, and the phone's clock at each record, compared with the server's.
Data is used only for attendance, work tracking, reports to the company's management, and review prompts. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared except as described here. The employee sees their own work, their direct supervisor sees their team, and the company's senior administrators see the whole company. Octopus Networks accesses it only to operate and support the service. Each company's data is kept in a separate database.
Data is stored on servers in Germany, encrypted in transit, with daily encrypted backups (a copy on Google Drive) kept for 30 days. Precise coordinates are deleted after 90 days, keeping only the inside/outside result and distance. Work photos are deleted after 90 days; product pictures remain as part of the product records. Work captured offline stays on the phone only until it is uploaded. The Android app opens the service in Google Chrome, and notifications are delivered, end-to-end encrypted, through the phone's push service.
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020), employees may request access, correction or deletion through their company or at [email protected], which we pass to the company. The app is for employees aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
